JACOBS, VELELLA & KERR, P.C. is a Needham, Massachusetts CPA firm with offices in Needham and West Roxbury, Massachusetts. The company was established in December 1988 as the result of a merger between Herman Jacobs & Co., and Peter H. Kerr*, CPA. Prior to the merger, Herman Jacobs & Co. had been in practice for over forty years. Although, we are a Needham, Massachusetts CPA firm, our clients are both within and outside the Massachusetts area.

The philosophy of the firm has been and continues to be one of responsiveness to its clients and their needs. As evidence of this type of personalized service, we are proud of the long-term relationship with one of our most substantial clients for over thirty years; we are now working with the third generation to run that company's operations.
