The responsibilities of the job are as follows:

·         Perform audit testing with independent judgment

·         Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and auditing techniques.

·         Prepare individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary income tax returns

·         Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll tax filings

·         Perform reviews and compilations of financial statements

·         Review general ledger and trial balance information

·         Perform account and bank reconciliations and analyses

·         Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closings

·         Manage or assist on special projects as needed

·         Work on other duties as assigned

We are seeking a detail oriented person with strong organization and communications skills that is capable of multi-tasking.  The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

·         3+ years of current public accounting experience

·         Knowledge of ProSeries or ProFX Tax software program preferable

·         Proficiency with QuickBooks

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary negotiable based on experience
